13. Refund Policy.
We offer you a 30 day "No Questions Ask" full refund. If for any reason you wish to be refunded, simply notify us by phone (1-631-615-4595, ask for Ed Francis) , email (support@thecustomerhelpdesk.com) or helpdesk (www.thecustomerhelpdesk.com). You must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund you to the Credit Card (or PayPal Account) you paid with. If you paid by cash or check, we will refund you by check. Refund checks will be mailed within 3 business days from the time we acknowledge your refund. No refunds will be granted after 30 days. Please note, in a situation such as a purchase on January 1st, and a refund request on February 1st will not qualify as this would be calendar 31 days. Refund request is based on the time of your HELP DESK TICKET or Email Date/Time Stamp that we receive the request so you may leave them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using the telephone near the 30 day time may not leave a Date/Time stamp and is not recommended as it may leave you out of the 30 day time frame before we speak to you. In order to create a Date/Time Stamp, we recommend using the help desk to create a ticket prior to 30 days. Please note. NO REFUNDS will be given after 30 days. Please also note: Customers that choose our "Monthly Installment Plan" are not entitled to refunds of any payments other than the first payment and only if the refund request is made within the first 30 days of purchase. So if after 30 days you do not request a refund. and you are charge payment number 2 (or 3, 4, 5, 6) you may not receive a refund. You may request to stop future billings at anytime there after without refund, but you will forfeit membership to "AffiliateDotCom" and you void your license to our sites.
